I have ha...Hillary I would say that brand matters. I have had much better luck melting the 2% cheese-- the Skinny Taste author suggests Sargento cheese and I would take her advice. I used Kraft and it melted horribly. I still use Fat Free cheese on things that doesn't have to be melted, like topping a taco, for example.
